Orders & Returns
When placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and we will begin processing it. Once your order ships you will receive another email with the tracking information. If have a registered account you can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account.
If you have any questions about your order or need to make changes, please contact us by completing the Contact Us form.
We accept the following forms of payment through our secure system: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay. We do not accept personal checks or purchase orders as forms of payment. If you have questions or need assistance with placing your order and making a payment, please contact Customer Care at (888) 592-0241.
In the event that your payment is declined, your order will not be processed although a charge may appear on your banking statement within the pending charges section. If a pending charge appears, rest assured, PeepsandCompany.com has not collected any monies, and this will fall off your statement after a few days per your banking institution’s policies.
Sales Tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to all states where sales taxes is applicable.
Changes to Orders & Cancelled Orders
We make every attempt to accommodate our customers. Unfortunately, we cannot edit orders once they've been submitted. However, if you need to make a change to your order please reach out to our Customer Care Team and we will attempt to cancel. If we are able to cancel the order you can resubmit the order with the correct information.
We make every attempt to avoid backordered merchandise, but occasionally we may have an item that goes on backorder. If an item from your order goes on backorder, Customer Care will contact you and inform you of your options for your order. If you have any questions or concerns about the availability of an item, please contact our Customer Care Department or call (888) 592-0241.
Food items and personalized items purchased via our website or call center are not eligible for returns and are nonrefundable, unless the product(s) arrive damaged or contains a misspelling due to our error. Please note: we are not responsible for misspellings or other personalization errors once you have approved the personalized item(s) on your order. We will not refund consumer spelling errors. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Care Team or call (888) 592-0241. If an item arrives damaged or is unsatisfactory, please call customer care at (888) 592-0241 to assist with an exchange or return of your item(s). To process your return or exchange of non-food and non-personalized items, please include in your return package:
- Complete the Return Form
- Order number and/or a copy of the packing slip
- Written reason for your return
- All returned items must be in original condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged products.
- PeepsandCompany.com is responsible for shipping charges on re-shipment of exchanged products only.
If the return is made within 30 days of the original purchase, we will reimburse the credit card you used to make your purchase for the price you originally paid for the returned item(s), less shipping. In most cases, the return credit will appear on your credit card statement in the next regular billing cycle. If the item(s) being returned was a gift, you will receive a refund in the form of a store credit for the PeepsandCompany.com online store. Returns made more than 30 days past the original purchase date will be honored in the form of a store credit for the purchase price to be used at the PeepsandCompany.com online store.
