EASTER SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
Order by 3/30 to ensure delivery by Friday, April 6th using FedEx Ground® shipping.
Order by 4/2 to ensure delivery by Friday, April 6th using FedEx 2Day® shipping.
Order by 4/3 to ensure delivery by Friday, April 6th using FedEx Overnight® shipping.
Our goal is to deliver your order to you in the way that best meets your needs. Therefore we offer several options, from Standard to Overnight shipping via FedEx shipping services. **Please note: Due to warm temperatures, we do not ship on Fridays during May through September.
Orders submitted by 1:00PM (EST) Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped by the end of the next business day. Orders submitted after 1:00PM (EST) Monday-Friday or anytime during a weekend will be processed and shipped within two business days from the date they are received.
Shipping Options:
Ground (Home Delivery): Allow 5 to 7 business days from the date the order is submitted (Note: this option delivers Tuesday through Saturday only)
2nd Day Air: Allow 4 business days from the date the order is submitted (Note: this option delivers Monday through Friday only)
Overnight: Allow 3 business days from the date the order is submitted (Note: this option delivers Monday through Friday only)
Please note: selected PEEPS® brand candy items will be required to ship via Ground only. This includes Chocolate Covered PEEPS® items. Your shipping options will automatically reflect this requirement for these candy products before you confirm your order.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING: During the months of May through September our candy may require special packaging and / or cooling packs to help assure quality is maintained during warm weather shipping. Any change in shipping due to this requirement will be communicated during that time. Complete details regarding shipping requirements can be found in the product description area.
Combining Candy and Other Items for shipping:
All items in your order will be shipped by whichever method you selected. We will pack all merchandise and candy together whenever possible, and the shipping option selected based on the candy shipping policy will be used for the entire order.
There may be situations in which an order must be shipped in more than one package, especially if it includes oversized items or the total weight is too much for one box. If this is the case the shipping notification you receive will communicate both the number of packages in the shipment as well as all tracking numbers if separate ones are used for each package.
