We will gladly guide you through the proper steps for your return or exchange and answer your questions and ensure that you are happy with the results.
Please follow the return instructions on the back of the Packing Slip you received with your order. Please call our Customer Care Team toll free at 1-888-645-3453 (Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. -5:00 p.m EST) or or email us at Customercare@peepsandcompany.com if you have any questions or need assistance with your return. (If you send us an email, please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, reason for return, and your daytime phone number so a Customer Care Representative can contact you to assist with your return.)
If you wish, we can provide you with instructions for printing a pre-paid Federal Express return mailing label to help simplify your return process. To take advantage of this service, please call our Customer Care Team toll free at 1-888-645-3453 (Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. -5:00 p.m EST). A flat rate return shipping fee of *$6.50 may be deducted from your refund amount if our prepaid label is used. If you choose not to use our pre-paid mailing label, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipment. If you select an alternate shipping method we ask that you choose one that is traceable, and you may also want to consider insuring the returned merchandise, depending on the value.
Please include a copy of the Packing Slip that you received with your order, filling out the form on the back, to include:
- Item(s) being returned
- Reason for return
- Reimbursement method (refund or replacement, including details on replacement item(s), if applicable)
All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging.

- The credit card you used for the original purchase will be reimbursed the price you originally paid for the returned item(s), less any return shipping fees if applicable. In most cases, this credit should appear on your card in the next regular billing cycle.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- If you received the item as a gift, the refund will be issued in the form of an online PEEPS & COMPANY® gift card to be used on a future purchase.
- To simplify the exchange process and get you the item you want as quickly as possible, we ask that you call our Customer Care Representatives to receive an Exchange Authorization.
- Then simply place an order for the new item(s) you want from the online store at www.peepsandcompany.com.
We will ship your new item(s) right away, and because it is part of an exchange we will not charge you for our standard shipping.
- Be sure to use the free shipping code you were given by our Customer Care Representative when you called about this exchange.
- Simply return the original item which you wish to exchange, following the Returns instructions listed above.
- Because it is an exchange you will not be charged the $6.50 Returns shipping fee, if you use our pre-paid mailing label.However, if you choose to use a different method to ship your item(s) back to us you will be responsible for all applicable shipping charges.
- When we receive your returned item(s) we will credit your account for the purchase price you paid.
- If the returned item(s) were received by you as a gift we will issue you a PEEPS & COMPANY® online gift card in place of a refund.
