Before sending any merchandise back to PEEPS & COMPANY®:

If you email us, please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, reason for return, and your daytime phone number so our Customer Care Representatives can contact you to follow up.
We will gladly guide you through the proper steps for your return or exchange and answer your questions and ensure that you are happy with the results.
Send back the item(s) you wish to return per the instructions provided by our Customer Care Representative
- Include your Order Number and/or a copy of the packing slip
- Include the "Return Authorization" number issued by our Customer Care Representative when you called.
- Please also provide a written reason for your return
- A pre-paid mailing label will be provided to you with the assistance of our Customer Care Representative to help simplify your return process.A flat shipping fee of $6.50 will be deducted from your refund amount if our prepaid mailing label is used.
- If you choose not to use our pre-paid mailing label, you will be responsible for the full cost of return shipment.If you choose to select an alternate method, we ask that you select one that is traceable. You may also want to consider insuring the returned merchandise, depending on its value.
- The credit card you used for the original purchase will be reimbursed the price you originally paid for the returned item(s), less the flat fee $6.50 shipping charge (if our pre-paid mailing label was used). In most cases this credit should appear on your card in the next regular billing cycle.
- Any returns of items that you received as a gift will be issued in the form of an online PEEPS & COMPANY® gift card in lieu of a refund.
- All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging.
- To simplify the exchange process and get you the item you want as quickly as possible, we ask that you call our Customer Care Representatives to receive an Exchange Authorization.
- Then simply place an order for the new item(s) you want from the online store at www.peepsandcompany.com.
We will ship your new item(s) right away, and because it is part of an exchange we will not charge you for our standard shipping.
- Be sure to use the free shipping code you were given by our Customer Care Representative when you called about this exchange.
- Simply return the original item which you wish to exchange, following the Returns instructions listed above.
- Because it is an exchange you will not be charged the $6.50 Returns shipping fee, if you use our pre-paid mailing label.However, if you choose to use a different method to ship your item(s) back to us you will be responsible for all applicable shipping charges.
- When we receive your returned item(s) we will credit your account for the purchase price you paid.
- If the returned item(s) were received by you as a gift we will issue you a PEEPS & COMPANY® online gift card in place of a refund.
DAMAGES/DEFECTIVE OR SENT IN ERROR
- Anything sent out in error by us, or sent damaged or defective, will be refunded or exchanged.You will not be charged for shipping to return the incorrect, damaged, or defective product to PEEPS & COMPANY® or for its replacement to be sent back to you.
